Smoky Hill
Spotlight on our most loved-and most modified-model ever. Our Smoky Hill plan lends itself to some great changes and the versatility to go from a cozy 1775sf to the biggest one we’ve built (so far) at 2265sf and from traditional, to contemporary, to downright bordering modern. The two things that haven’t changed over the many drawings are our buyers’ two favorite features of this model: the vaulted living room ceiling and the spacious kitchen with tons of cabinets and a huge pantry. Okay, okay…that’s not COMPLETELY true…one of our buyers asked us to make the living room ceiling flat…
