– ½ cup balsamic vinegar – ¼ cup olive oil – 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup – 1 tbsp Dijon mustard – 3 cloves garlic, minced – Salt & pepper to taste – 4 boneless chicken breasts or thigh

Ingredients
In a bowl, whisk vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour marinade over chicken in a bag or container.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 8 hours for deeper flavor).
Remove chicken, let excess marinade drip off.
Grill or sear on medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes per side.
Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
