– 4 chicken breasts or thigh – 1 tbsp olive oil – Salt, pepper, 1 tsp smoked paprika – 1 cup BBQ sauce
Cook Time: 20 Min
Ingredients
Rub chicken with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
Sear or grill chicken for 2–3 minutes per side to brown.
Brush with BBQ sauce and continue cooking until done.
Use thermometer: internal temp should be 165°F (74°C).
Let rest 5 minutes, then brush with more sauce. –
Slice and serve with sides like coleslaw or cornbread.
