– 1 head of cauliflower, cut into floret – 2 tbsp olive oil – Salt and pepper to taste – Optional seasonings: garlic powder, smoked paprika, or Italian seasoning – Fresh parsley or grated Parmesan for garnish (optional)

Ingredients
Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together; set aside.
Beat egg whites until foamy, gradually adding granulated sugar; whip to stiff peaks.
Fold dry ingredients into the meringue gently.
Pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Let the macarons sit for 30 minutes to form a shell.
Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 15–18 minutes; cool completely.
1. Fill with buttercream or ganache and sandwich together.
