Graham Cracker Crust Ice Cream Pie

Crush Graham Crackers: Crush about 1½ cups of graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand in a bag.

Mix Crust Ingredients: Combine graham cracker crumbs with ⅓ cup melted butter and 2 tablespoons sugar until well mixed.

Press Crust: Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Use the back of a spoon to compact it.

Chill Crust: Place the crust in the freezer for at least 15 minutes to set and firm up.

Soften Ice Cream: Let 1½ quarts of your favorite ice cream soften slightly at room temperature for easier spreading.

Fill Pie: Spread the softened ice cream evenly into the chilled graham cracker crust.

Freeze Pie: Cover the pie with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Serve: Slice and serve as is or topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, or fresh fruit. Enjoy!
