– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast – 1 cup teriyaki marinade sauce – ½ pound bacon – 2 tablespoons butter – 1 small onion, sliced – 1 small green bell pepper, sliced – 1 (8 oz) package fresh mushrooms, chopped – 4 slices mozzarella cheese

Ingredients
Marinate Chicken: Place chicken breasts in a dish and pour teriyaki marinade over them. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
Cook Bacon: In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Set aside on paper towels to drain.
Sauté Veggies: In the same skillet with a bit of butter, sauté onions, mushrooms, and green bell peppers until soft and caramelized.
Grill Chicken: Grill or pan-sear the marinated chicken until cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
Assemble: Place cooked chicken in a baking dish. Top each breast with sautéed veggies, a slice of cheese, and crumbled bacon.
Broil: Place the dish under a broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly (2–4 minutes).
Serve: Serve hot with mashed potatoes or a side salad.
