– 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken – 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed – 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen) – 1 cup salsa verde – 8 small flour tortillas, cut into strip – 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup sour cream (for serving)

Ingredients
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Layer Ingredients: In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of the tortilla strips, followed by half of the chicken, black beans, corn, salsa verde, and cheese. Repeat the layers.
Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Uncover and Continue Baking: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
– Serve: Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. –
Garnish: Top with a dollop of sour cream.
