For the Topping: – 1/4 cup butter – 1/2 cup brown sugar – 2–3 ripe bananas, sliced For the Cake: – 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour – 3/4 cup sugar – 1 1/2 tsp baking powder – A pinch of salt – 1/2 cup milk – 2 large egg – 1 tsp vanilla extract

Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Meanwhile, prepare the Nuoc Cham sauce: mix fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, garlic, and chili.
