Ingredients
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
– Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C); line a baking sheet with parchment paper. –
Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread on the baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes until golden.
Meanwhile, prepare the Nuoc Cham sauce: mix fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, garlic, and chili.
Stir until sugar dissolves completely.
Drizzle the sauce over the roasted cauliflower.
